Air Max Day 2024: Nike Debuts Next-Generation Air Max – Shop the New Collection Before It Sells Out
Nike is celebrating Air Max Day with the release of the all-new Nike Air Max DN out Tuesday, (March 26).
“When I think about keeping an Air Max model fresh, color is actually the first thing I think of,” Juliana Sagat Lead Footwear Designer for Nike Lifestylesaid in a press release. The Dn was designed so that color works precisely and in unison with the Dynamic Air platform, the upper, and the general profile of the shoe. As the story goes, Nike sent Hatfield to Paris for inspiration, which he found in the Centre Pompidou’s deconstructed design – the building is essentially flipped “inside out” with all of its mechanics featured on the outside.
