On Sunday morning, The White Lotus star was flooded with support from thousands of followers after she branded NBC 'mean and unfunny' for their skit.
This negative experience led the star, who attended the top acting academy RADA before taking on meaty theatre roles at The National in London, to believe she wouldn't get a TV job, saying she was 'too weird looking'. In another big project, she appeared alongside acting legend Bill Nighy in the 2022 film Living, which follows a humorous bureaucrat who takes time off work in 1950s London after receiving a grim diagnosis. Last year, Aimee led BBC comedy Daddy Issues, playing a pregnant party girl forced to move back in with her recently divorced father (David Morrissey).
