Hook’s Daughter: The Pirate Princess Chronicles will be created from the book of the same name, with Thor Freudenthal( Words on A Bathroom Wall, Carnival Row) is attached to direct and Lucy Brown ( Bride or Groom) is adapting the fantasy adventure trilogy. The synopsis reads: “When her Sea Captain father fails to show up for his annual visit at her boarding school, a 16-year-old girl breaks out to search for his whereabouts. Brown is repped by manager Jonathan Rosenthal from 3 Arts Entertainment and Gersh agents Lee Keele and Sandra Lucchesi with VP of Legal & Business Affairs Conor McElroy representing AGC Television.
