AGC Television Picks Up ‘Hook’s Daughter: The Pirate Princess Chronicles’; Thor Freudenthal to Direct, Lucy Brown on Board as Writer
AGC Television has added YA fantasy adventure trilogy 'Hook’s Daughter: The Pirate Princess Chronicles' to its slate.
He has also directed pilots and select episodes for a number of series including Amazon’s fantasy series “Carnival Row,” NBC’s “Quantum Leap” reboot, “La Brea” for NBC/Universal Television, “The Tick” for Amazon, and several Berlanti shows including “Legends of Tomorrow,” “Arrow,” “Supergirl” and “The Flash.” In film, Freudenthal directed the feature “Words on Bathroom Walls,” starring Charlie Plummer, Taylor Russel and Andy Garcia. Other film credits include family franchises “Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters” and “Diary of a Wimpy Kid” for Fox and “Hotel for Dogs” for DreamWorks. Brown is repped by manager Jonathan Rosenthal from 3 Arts Entertainment and Gersh agents Lee Keele and Sandra Lucchesi with VP of legal and business affairs Conor McElroy representing AGC Television.
