“[HR] were like, ‘Well, it might make people feel bad that they looked bad before.’ I was fat before…I want you to say, ‘Damn,’” said Kelly, who has talked openly about using prescription medication for weight loss.
“My doctor chased me for two years, and I was like, ‘No, I’m afraid of it. The singer eventually thanked the audience member who complimented her looks, joking that she would “not be calling HR” about the exchange. I know HR is not a joke, but it is really funny some of the things they talk about,” she said.
