AFM Ratifies Deal With AI Protections and Streaming Residuals

AFM members have voted to ratify a contract that includes streaming residuals and AI protections.

The union told members that it tried to secure a more generous residual, which would be based on the performer’s actual compensation — not the arbitrary $350 figure.
