'It's a cardio workout where the music blares, the coach just feeds you balls, you do awesome drills with lots of running and it's 60 minutes that goes so quickly,' Bec previously told News.com.au, saying she plays for two hours, twice a week. Bec shares four children - daughter Billie, nine, son Oscar, 12, and twins Darcy and Tom, seven, with her ex-AFL star husband Chris, and they live in a mansion in the upmarket Melbourne suburb of Brighton.
