It promises to be one of the most thrilling Brownlow Medal counts in history this year with a host of big names in contention, and one superstar the AFL will desperately be hoping does not poll the most votes. That leaves Carlton superstar Patrick Cripps as the new favourite, but he faces strong competition from Collingwood's Nick Daicos and last year's winner Lachie Neale from the Brisbane Lions.
