AXS, AEG’s ticketing and event access platform, is launching a new global biometric authentication feature for its mobile app across all smart phone devices. “This feature not only enhances security for our users but also streamlines the ticketing process, allowing fans to focus on enjoying their live event journey.” In addition to improved security, on-device biometric authentication will also provide a simplified account recovery process for AXS users who can’t recall their passwords.
