Adult Swim Developing ‘Heist Safari’ High-Octane Comedy From ‘Dexter’s Laboratory’ Creator Genndy Tartakovsky
Adult Swim is developing 'Heist Safari' series from Genndy Tartakovsky, the creator of 'Dexter's Laboratory' & 'Hotel Transylvania'.
The show is described as an “animated high octane action comedy,” telling the story of three frog brothers who rob a bank. The show comes a year after it was pitched on stage to Adult Swim President Michael Ouweleen at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival. He has been promoting his Netflix movie Fixed, which is part of his Sony Animation deal, and sat on a standing room only panel celebrating 25 years of Cartoon Network Studios.
