Adrian Dunbar shares new detail from the upcoming season of Line Of Duty after 'confirming' show's return


The Irish actor, 66, - who plays Superintendent Ted Hastings - revealed in an interview with Virgin Radio UK that his character will have a new catchphrase.

The three stars, who played hard-hitting anti-corruption officers DC Kate Fleming, DS Steve Arnott and Supt Ted previously struggled to commit to a new series because of conflicting schedules. Loving the spontaneous cast reunion, fans rushed to the comments of the post to demand a new season, quipping: 'Jesus, Mary Joseph and the wee donkey they're all oot!'
