Adler & Associates Snaps Up Aneek Chaudhuri’s ‘A White Horse’s Neigh’ – Cannes
Adler & Associates has bought worldwide distribution rights to Aneek Chaudhuri's 'Ashva' (aka 'A White Horse's Neigh') at the Cannes Film Festival.
L.A.-based Adler & Associates Entertainment has swooped for the pic, known internationally as A White Horse’s Neigh, at the Marché du Film in Cannes. Cast includes Tamalynne Grant, Ranjan Giri, Usha Banerjee, Rahuul Gupta, Shalini and Rashmi Kumari, with the story mixing Indian storytelling traditions with Norse mythology. Pic explores themes of love, prostitution, time, and cosmic longing through the legend of eight mythical horses and the quest for one lost steed that is believed to come from a future realm.
