Adele's sweet encounter with Streep took place shortly after she shared a moment with Céline Dion at her Las Vegas residency show on Saturday, Oct. 26. Not long after, Dion herself then paid tribute to the special moment shared between the singers, writing to Adele in an Instagram post on Friday, Nov. 1, "Your performance was spectacular, your production was so beautiful.
