She was overcome with emotion when she spotted the Canadian star in the audience at her concert in Las Vegas Saturday evening. In her recent documentary I Am: Céline Dion, she charted the last few years, in which she realised she was not performing at her best and struggled through concerts, until she was eventually diagnosed with the rare neurological condition.
