Addison Rae Releases ‘Headphones On,’ the Fourth Single Off Her Upcoming Debut Album
Addison Rae's 'Headphones On' is the fifth single off her upcoming debut album and is the first release under Sony Music Publishing.
Co-written and produced by Luka Kloser and Elvira Anderfjärd, “Headphones,” like the album’s other singles, was released alongside a music video filmed in Reykjavik, Iceland. Directed by Mitch Ryan, the visual begins with Rae daydreaming while grocery shopping, and with her “Headphones On,” she imagines herself frolicking in the countryside of Iceland. Lyrically, the song captures Rae lamenting, “Wish my mom and dad could have been in lovе.” And in the pre-chorus, she reaches acceptance: “You can’t fix what has already been broken/You just have to surrender to the moment.”
