Adan Canto, 'Designated Survivor' and 'The Cleaning Lady' Star, Dead at 42

The actor died on Tuesday after a private cancer battle.

Television star Adan Canto, best known for roles on The Cleaning Lady, Narcos, and Designated Survivor, died on Tuesday at the age of 42. The actor had been fighting a private battle with appendiceal cancer, his rep told The Hollywood Reporter, also confirming that Canto had not been involved in the ongoing third season of The Cleaning Lady, in his role as Arman Morales, due to his health issues. A wonderful actor and dear friend, we were honored to have him as part of the Warner Bros. Television and Fox Entertainment families since his U.S. debut in The Following more than a decade ago.
