Adam Pally & Steph Curry Comedy ‘Mr. Throwback’ Sets Premiere Date, Unveils Trailer
We're getting the first look and premiere date for Mr. Throwback, Peacock's upcoming mockumentary comedy headlined by Steph Curry and Adam Pally.
Throwback, a down-on-his-luck memorabilia dealer (Pally) looks for redemption by reuniting with his sixth-grade teammate, NBA great Steph Curry. “I’m looking forward to viewers getting to see me play a version of myself no one has ever seen before, and hope they feel connected to the characters and the dilemmas they face throughout the series.” The project is the first to emerge after Curry and his Unanimous Media struck a global talent partnership with NBCUniversal in 2021, which includes first-look development deals with Universal Studio Group for scripted and unscripted television projects and DreamWorks Animation for kids and family content.
