Action Thriller ‘Takeover,’ Starring Quavo and Billy Zane, Picked Up by 13 Films (EXCLUSIVE)
World sales agency 13 Films has boarded the action thriller “Takeover,” starring rapper Quavo and Billy Zane.
“Takeover” is directed by Greg Jonkajtys, who helmed Netflix show “The Liberator” and served as a VFX artist on “Pan’s Labyrinth” and “Avengers: Infinity War.” His short film “Arka” was in competition in Cannes. “Takeover” follows Guy Miller (Quavo), a parolee striving to rebuild his life just as he’s drawn back into Atlanta’s perilous street racing underworld. The film comes from Trioscope Studios utilizing their proprietary SEE technology, integrating live-action performances with CGI to depict the stunts and culture of the street racing world.
