On Tuesday, Oct. 22, the radio personality, 33, shared a sweet video on Instagram with her 3-year-old son Zillion and his speech therapist, in which the toddler says a new word for the first time. De La Rosa and the therapist then scream with excitement — prompting Zillion to burst into tears. "Our son is going from Non-verbal to verbal right before our eyes 🥹 Glory to god 🙌," added De La Rosa, who shares Zillion, his twin brother Zion, and sister Beautiful, 21 months, with Nick Cannon, 43.
