In a new interview with The Times, Ulvaeus, who will celebrate his 80th birthday later this month, said it was “love at first sight” for him upon meeting Sas, a music industry executive. The ABBA Voyage experience, a groundbreaking concert that features AI-created avatars of the group performing their hit songs, is currently running in London, with shows scheduled through next January. Ulvaeus said it “remains to be seen” whether the show will continue on once one of the original four members of ABBA has died, but looked to Agatha Christie’s play The Mousetrap, which has been running in London since 1952 and recently marked its 30,000th performance.
