Aaron Taylor-Johnson's Wife Sam Says Attention on Their Marriage and Age Difference Makes Her 'Uncomfortable'

Sam Taylor-Johnson told 'The Hollywood Reporter' that she and her husband Aaron Taylor-Johnson tend to "zone it out and stay pretty private" in response to public interest in their relationship. “There are times where it’s uncomfortable,” the 'Back to Black' director said.

The pair first met on the set of her 2009 feature directorial debut Nowhere Boy, a John Lennon biopic in which Aaron, then 18, played the famous Beatle. Sam and Aaron tied the knot in a June 2012 ceremony in Somerset, England, after they welcomed their two daughters: Wylda Rae, now 13, and Romy Hero, now 12. In March, Aaron — whose public profile has been raised lately by rumors that he may next lead the James Bond franchise — told Rolling Stone UK that he still never understood some of the fascination with their relationship.
