Aaron Taylor Johnson proves he really could be the next James Bond as he shares hunky beach snaps reminiscent of Daniel Craig emerging from the sea in Casino Royale
The Kick Ass star, 34, took to Instagram on Tuesday to document a recent loved-up trip with director Sam, 57.
But as he flaunted his gym-honed torso while posing by the ocean, he looked eerily similar to those iconic images of Bond actor Daniel, 56, back in 2006 - amid reports Aaron has been offered to take over the role. It is the first time Sony Pictures has restricted a Marvel feature to only fans aged over 18 and, as attendee Rob Keyes tweeted, it's because Aaron's titular character bit the flesh off a poacher and spat it out in the sneak peek. Aaron beat out Brad Pitt, Keanu Reeves, John David Washington and Adam Driver for the multi-picture role of the fur-wearing, big-game hunter and Russian conservationist Sergei Kravinoff.
