Perry’s wife, Elina Katsioula-Beall, died of cancer in May 2024 and was allegedly treated by Phypers the year prior, per documents obtained by Us Weekly on Wednesday, January 8. “[Phypers’] aforementioned misconduct was intentional, willful, and done for the purpose of depriving Plaintiff of property and/or legal rights or otherwise causing injury,” Perry states in the documents.
