Aanvi Kamdar, Travel Influencer, Dead at 27 After Falling Into Gorge While Filming Instagram Reel

Travel influencer Aanvi Kamdar died on July 16 at the age of 27 after falling 300 feet into a gorge at Kumbhe waterfall.

The social media content creator was visiting the Kumbhe waterfall, which is located about 80 miles south of Mumbai, when she slipped and fell into a gorge while shooting Instagram videos, local police confirmed on Tuesday, according to The Economic Times. "She fell on the hard, slippery patch of rocks around 300 feet into the valley and couldn't be spotted initially," a rescuer told The Economic Times. Since news of Kamdar's death broke, mixed reactions have flooded the comment section of her latest Instagram post.
