AACTA Awards: Boy Swallows Universe and Robbie Williams' Better Man the big winners at Aussie Oscars alongside fan favourite Sarah Snook


Netflix hit Boy Swallows Universe has swept the Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts Awards Industry awards (AACTAs).

Netflix hit Heartbreak High walked away with the AACTA award for best TV series, while Boy Swallows Universe swept the acting prizes in the drama category including Phoebe Tonkin, who won for best lead actress. Succession star Sarah Snook (pictured) took home the prize for best Lead Actress in a feature film for the animated movie Memoir of a Snail at the AACTA Awards. Long time Working Dog collaborators Ed Kavalee and Sam Pan presented the award to the WD team - Santo Cilauro, Tom Gleisner, Jane Kennedy, Michael Hirsh, and Rob Sitch.
