A-List actor and former model, 53, looks unrecognizable shooting new crime thriller
On Wednesday, the 53-year-old Oscar-nominated star stepped into his new role as a mob hitman while filming for the crime thriller in Atlanta.
He sported a slightly oversize, purple gray suit layered over a red button-down and a white tank top — a much different look than his usual, sporty outfit he is often seen wearing in his fitness Instagram posts. The movie follows the notorious mafia hitman Scarpa, who is portrayed by Wahlberg, who was hired by Hoover's FBI off-the-books and partnered with a young Black special agent to hunt down those responsible for the murders of civil rights leaders in 1966 Mississippi. In costume, he also sported a much different look than his usual, sporty outfit he is often seen wearing in his fitness Instagram posts and his casual-cool red carpet ensembles
