Villar explained in court that the “totality of the video and testimony” showed there’s enough evidence for the case to move to trial, CBS News reported. On January 8, 2024, Rocky pleaded not guilty to gun charges, including two felony counts of assault with a semiautomatic firearm, and another hearing was set for March 6, 2024, according to The Guardian.
