A24 Sets Summer Release For Celine Song’s Matchmaker Movie ‘Materialists’
The Celine Song romance 'Materialists' starring Chris Evans, Dakota Johnson and Pedro Pascal will hit theaters on June 13.
The pic, which stars Dakota Johnson, Chris Evans and Pedro Pascal, follows a young, ambitious New York City matchmaker who finds herself torn between the perfect match and her imperfect ex. Song’s 2023 romance, Past Lives, world premiered at the Sundance Film Festival and was nominated for Best Picture and Best Original Screenplay. The pic starred Greta Lee and Tee Yoo as Nora and Hae Sung, two deeply connected childhood friends.
