A Real Pain trailer finds Kieran Culkin and writer-director Jesse Eisenberg taking a trip through Poland to honor their grandmother

Kieran Culkin and Jesse Eisenberg play two vastly different cousins who embark on a strange journey in the trailer for A Real Pain.

Now the film is set for a theatrical release on October 18, going up against the Paramount horror sequel Smile 2 and the Lionsgate thriller Flight Risk. They show a number of quotes from critics praising both Culkin and Eisenberg culminating in a shot of David slapping Benji in a train station. A Real Pain also stars Will Sharpe, Jennifer Grey and Kurt Egyiawan, with Eisenberg writing, directing and producing alongside Emma Stone and her husband Dave McCarry.
