The presenter passed away in February, three years after he was diagnosed with an aggressive form of lung cancer.

A Place In The Sun's Jonnie Irwin has left nearly £1million to his widow Jessica Holme in his will, documents released on Wednesday show (pictured on Escape to the Country) magazine, Jessica wiped away tears as she said: 'He told me, "I'm so happy I met you," and that he knew the boys would have the most joy and fun a person could bring. When Jonnie was fit and healthy he enjoyed several walking holidays with his group of 'brothers' and Jess revealed she recently gave the friends some of his ashes to 'sprinkle on top of a mountain' in the Lake District.
