A Place In The Sun's Jonnie Irwin dies aged 50 after three-year lung cancer battle


Presenter and dad-of-three Jonnie Irwin, who found fame on A Place In The Sun, has devastatingly passed away after a three-year battle with stage four lung cancer

The couple explained that they wanted to let their children preserve their innocence and “blissful ignorance” for as long as possible, before presenting them with the grim reality of the situation.
