Taylor Swift gifts fan matching Miu Miu outfit after receiving a compliment from the young girl while wearing the same set during a hospital visit.

“When you asked where I got it, I purposely didn’t tell you because I had a plan," the singer wrote in a note to Naya, who she met at Kansas City's Children's Mercy Hospital Earlier this month, the musician visited Kansas City’s Children’s Mercy Hospital, where she met Naya, a 19-year-old who told her the two-piece skirt set she was wearing was “tea.” Just over a week after the Dec. 12 visit, Naya received an early Christmas gift: the same matching outfit from Miu Miu. During Swift’s visit, they recorded a TikTok set to “Bad Blood.” The teenager also shared a clip of the singer-songwriting signing a copy of her Eras tour book for her.
