Netflix's ongoing 'Fear Street' franchise takes inspiration from R. L. Stine's iconic horror book series of the same name
1994, which leaned into iconic slasher movies such as Scream, starred Kiana Madeira, Olivia Scott Welch, Benjamin Flores Jr., Julia Rehwald, Fred Hechinger, Ashley Zukerman and Darrell Britt-Gibson. The second installment also introduced a new group of cast members including Sink, Emily Rudd, Ryan Simpkins, McCabe Slye, Ted Sutherland and Chiara Aurelia. A mid-credits scene also hinted at more movies in the Fear Street franchise after an unknown person was seen taking a satanic book from the tunnels to potentially unleash more evil on the town.
