“Young Stalin” is the newest addition to the upcoming slate for IFC, which is also in post-production on the U.K./Poland/Georgia co-production “Winter of the Snow,” starring BAFTA and Oscar nominee Lesley Manville, Tom Burke and Zofia Wichłacz.
