'Young Sheldon' Series Finale Gives Update on Sheldon & Amy's Life Post 'Big Bang Theory'

In the series finale that aired Thursday night (May 16), Jim Parsons and Mayim Bialik reprised their roles of adult Sheldon and Dr Amy Farrah Fowler, and we got an update on their life, years after the end of The Big Bang Theory. “Your daughter wants to take acting classes,” Amy tells Sheldon, to which he replies, “I told you we never should have let Penny babysit.” There were also loads of Easter eggs in the set of Sheldon’s office, from his Nobel prize, a Flash mug, the couch from apartment 4A, and there was also an appearance by UCLA professor David Saltzberg, an experimental particle physicist, who served as a scientific consultant on both shows!
