‘You Better Take Cover’: Oasis Extend Reunion Tour to Australia
Oasis has extended their Live 25 reunion tour to Australia, marking their first shows in the country since the band’s split in 2009.
The band’s return to Australia comes after a string of sold-out dates across Europe and the U.S., reflecting the huge demand for Oasis nearly 25 years after their debut. The Gallaghers will kick off the North American leg of their tour with two shows at Toronto’s Rogers Stadium on Aug. 24 and 25, followed by a performance at Chicago’s Soldier Field on August 28. They’ll then head to New Jersey for two nights at MetLife Stadium on August 31 and Sept. 1, before wrapping up the U.S. run with two shows at the Rose Bowl in Los Angeles on Sept. 6 and 7.
