‘Willow’s Warwick Davis Set For BAFTA Fellowship

Warwick Davis is set to be honored with the BAFTA Fellowship at the EE BAFTA Film Awards, taking place on Sunday, February 16.

I also want to acknowledge the wonderful colleagues and friends who’ve worked behind the scenes—costumers, makeup artists, camera crews—who quietly and tirelessly pour their hearts into every production. Davis has been acting since age 11, pursuing his passion in spite of challenges presented by living with spondyloepiphyseal dysplasia congenita, a rare form of dwarfism. Beyond acting, he’s also an entrepreneur and advocate who has dedicated his career to creating a more inclusive screen industry, using his platform to challenge societal prejudice and champion self-empowerment.
