Kate Middleton has confirmed that her husband Prince William has been by her side following her cancer diagnosis as she reveals it's been a 'shock'
The former Kate Middleton won't be returning to public duties until after Easter and that will prompt other members of the royal family to pick up the slack. In an emotional video message on Friday, 22 March, the mum-of-three admitted it had been "an incredibly tough couple of months".
