‘Wicked City’ Actor Shaquita Smith To Produce & Star In Indie Flick ‘Voyage Of The Forgotten’
The film is set to shoot in the UK in the late spring of 2025.
The indie feature tells the story of a young historian (Smith) who embarks on a perilous journey to uncover the long-lost adventure gallery ship, laden with gold, only to find herself entangled in a deadly game of deception and betrayal. Best known for starring in AMC’s popular series Wicked City and the feature My Valentine Crush for Paramount Global’s BET+ opposite Travis Cure ( The Oval) and Jeff Logan ( Double Cross). She has also guest-starred in television series including New Amsterdam, NCIS: New Orleans, Hap & Leonard, Homicide Hunter, and Survivor’s Remorse, among others.
