Investigation Discovery dropped a trailer for a new Luigi Mangione documentary, seeking to delve deeper on the suspected UnitedHealthcare CEO killer.

A new documentary set for release later this month seeks to shed new light on the psyche of Luigi Mangione, the suspected killer in the assassination of United Healthcare’s CEO Brian Thompson. The new hour-long doc from Investigation Discovery will feature interviews from some who knew Mangione personally, as well as with New York mayor Eric Adams, NYPD Chief of Detectives Joseph Kenny and other experts on the case. Mangione became an infamous figure online since his arrest, with the internet thirsting over him after he was apprehended, while many shared more contempt for the executive and the healthcare system, rather than much sympathy or disgust over an act of lethal violence.
