'What's Sally doing at the Euros!' - Fans slam BBC Breakfast host Sally Nugent's presence in Berlin
BBC Breakfast presenter Sally Nugent has been criticised for jetting out to Berlin to cover the Euros final, with many questioning the amount of reporters in Germany
The programme aired on Sunday, 14 July, featuring live segments from both the BBC studio and Germany, where the football tournament is taking place. Another BBC viewer commented: "So more of my TV license is going on freebies for the presenters, who don't need to be there in Germany we already pay football pundits for this, singing idiots and obnoxious kids." Many of the England team's loved ones have made the journey to Germany, including WAGs such as Dani Dyer, Megan Pickford, Kate Kane and Aine Kennedy.
