Florence Pugh and Andrew Garfield are showing off their rom-com chops in A24's 'We Live in Time,' out in October.
The film follows Almut (Pugh), an up-and-coming chef and Tobias (Garfield), a recent divorcée over multiple decades as the pair fall in love after a surprise encounter. As they embark on a path challenged by the limits of time, they learn to cherish each moment of the unconventional route their love story has taken, in filmmaker John Crowley’s decade-spanning, deeply moving romance.” After Pugh and Garfield presented the screenplay prizes together at the 2023 Oscars ceremony, it was revealed that the “Dune: Part Two” and “The Amazing Spider-Man” stars would be working together on the cinematic love story.
