'We enjoyed a scenic staycation high above the ground in a secret nook of the Scottish woodland'
Get back to nature and unwind with a scenic staycation high above the ground in the Scottish woodland where you'll stay in a treehouse with a log burner and outdoor metal bathtub
The children’s bedroom had solid-wood bunk beds and faux-fur throws for extra cosinessFilled high with toasty hot bubbles, what a treat to lie back under the stars, a glass of fizz in hand and not a care in the world. We toasted marshmallows, we wandered in the woods and around waterfalls – on a spooky walk with torches at night, too – and we enjoyed early morning cuppas on the outdoor terrace, overlooking a wild, flooded pond area. Spot local wildlife from roe deer, red squirrels and birds from your treetop hideawayDays by the treehouse were perfect in early spring when we visited, with fresh buds blossoming, and with brighter mornings, we could enjoy the beauty of the area coming to life.
