Put your feet up, stay in your robe and switch off at Ragdale Hall Spa in the heart of the countryside - that's what we did and we're already planning our return after a blissful stay

For dessert you can order directly from the menu, we loved the passion fruit posset, or you can return to the buffet for a selection of tasty bites - our particular favourite was the rhubarb and custard blonde and carrot cake, plus they're in bite-size portions so you really can try it all! Our spacious room had everything we needed with a super snug double bed, comfy seats to admire our views, a desk, a vibrant retro phone and beautifully curated interiors of blue with a splash of orange - taking every detail into account.
