“ Vanderpump Rules ” star James Kennedy — known for his volatility and quick temper, as well as his charm — was arrested for misdemeanor domestic violence Tuesday night in Burbank, Calif. Kennedy and his live-in girlfriend Ally Lewber both attended a party hosted at “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Kathy Hilton’s home that same night. “Under Lisa Vanderpump’s watchful eye, the West Hollywood mainstay SUR — and now TomTom — welcomes the next batch of servers, hosts and bartenders rife with plenty of drama, situationships and frenemies,” Bravo’s announcement of Season 12 teased.
