‘Undone’ Producer Submarine & Rebel Maverick Developing Animated TV Version Of Kids Book Series ‘Kiranmala And The Kingdom Beyond’
EXCLUSIVE: Kids book series 'Kiranmala and The Kingdom Beyond' is to be adapted for TV by the producer behind Prime Video's animated series 'Undone'.
Undone and The Kollective producer Submarine and Rebel Maverick have teamed to create a TV version of Sayantani DasGupta’s book series. DasGupta will adapt the stories with animation writer veteran and Emmy winner Michael Ryan ( Wolfboy and the Everything Factory, Scooby-Doo and Guess Who? We recently revealed Natascha McElhone, Celine Buckens, Felix Mayr and Gregg Sulkin would star in The Kollective, with Hulu boarding in the U.S. and A+E picking up International sales rights, and that Submarine is attached to another major upcoming European drama series, the Alfie Allen-starrer Safe Harbor.
