Twisters, starring Glen Powell and Daisy Edgar Jones, releases on digital platforms. Here's how to watch "Twisters" online streaming.
The film became an immediate smash hit upon its release in theaters last month, taking home an impressive$81.25 million during opening weekend — far above expectations, and propelling it to blockbuster status. In addition to benefitting from nostalgia — “Twisters” is a standalone sequel to the 1996 disaster epic of the same name — it was also hugely popular on 4DX screens, boosting viewership from those appealed by an immersive experience. Glen Powell plays Tyler Owens, a social media-famous storm chaser, known as the “Tornado Wrangler.” There are no characters that carry over between the movies, nor surprise family ties.
