‘Tron: Ares’ First Look Dazzles Disney’s D23 As Light Cycles Slice Into The Real World
The first footage from Disney 2025 'Tron: Ares' the third movie in the franchise, and starring Jared Leto, was shown at Disney's D23.
Jared Leto plays the Tron-like character, clad in red while Greta Lee plays a “brilliant programmer whose great work has Ares coming into the world.” The actress was on stage with Leto, Peters and Jeff Bridges on the Honda Center stage. Bridges, who is the hacker and original video game character Kevin Flynn, appears as something of an apparition at the end in white clad robes. Also starring Hasan Minhaj, Jodie Turner-Smith, Arturo Castro, Cameron Monaghan, and Gillian Anderson.
