Tim Allen says the opening of "Toy Story 5" is an "unbelievable" scene with Buzz Lightyear.
Tim Allen recently spoke to WIVB and revealed some of the first plot specifics for “ Toy Story 5,” which is coming to theaters in June 2026 from Disney and Pixar. Allen told Collider last December that he had just completed his “first five-hour [recording] session for Buzz.” He called it “really weird” to find his Buzz voice again, five years after the release of “Toy Story 4.” Stanton has writing credits on all the “Toy Story” movies and won Oscars for his acclaimed Pixar efforts “Finding Nemo” and “Wall-E.”
