‘Tomb Raider’ Producer Story Kitchen Renews First-Look TV Deal at Amazon MGM Studios (EXCLUSIVE)
Story Kitchen has renewed its first-look television deal at Amazon MGM Studios, Variety has learned exclusively.
Formerly dj2 Entertainment, Story Kitchen is currently producing the “Tomb Raider” live-action TV series in the works at Amazon from creator Phoebe Waller-Bridge. “We are beyond thrilled to continue our incredible journey with our friends, fellow gamers, and partners, at Amazon MGM Studios,” said Story Kitchen’s Dmitri M. Johnson, Mike Goldberg & Timothy I. Stevenson. Other projects in the works include: a “Split Fiction” movie starring Sydney Sweeney from director Jon M. Chu and writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick; a “Just Cause” movie at Universal Pictures with Ángel Manuel Soto directing and Aaron Rabin adapting; “Ruiner” for Universal Pictures with Wes Ball directing and Michael Arlen Ross adapting; “Sifu” at Netflix with T.S.
